The products contained in your order will be despatched to the address indicated by the Client. The delivery terms depend on the availability of the product.
It is our desire to offer the maximum quality and guarantee. If, when receiving the product you are not satisfied, because of damage or by error in the product delivered,
you have 24 hours, from the reception date, to make a claim.
The Client agrees that the postage and packing of any returned goods will be held by the Client in case of damage to received products. In case of error in the product delivered, we will pay these expenses.
Once the product arrives to our offices and its quality has been checked, we will proceed with the shipment of a new one or to the reimbursement of the price if no stock available (if the company deems it as necessary).
